A gestão participativa e a circulação do presidente dentro da empresa também têm sido diferenciais.
Mais uma vez, fica claro que práticas simples como incentivar uma comunicação aberta e eficiente e dar retorno aos profissionais são fundamentais para alcançar bons resultados.
