Existem várias dicas que podem ajudar tanto uma empresa como o profissional a se tornarem mais produtivos.
Hoje muito se fala sobre a necessidade que o Brasil, as organizações e os profissionais têm de ser mais produtivos. Afinal, a produtividade de um trabalhador americano é cerca de cinco vezes maior do que a de um brasileiro. Na América Latina, o Brasil não está nem mesmo entre os dez países mais produtivos. Essa situação é preocupante porque a produtividade de qualquer instituição está diretamente ligada à sua capacidade de competir num mundo cada vez mais interligado. O brasileiro trabalha muito, mas produz menos que outras pessoas noutras regiões.
As organizações que precisam ser mais produtivas devem investir fortemente na capacitação de sua equipe. É bom lembrar que esse investimento não deve ser restrito à realização de cursos, mas também é facilitador promover visitas técnicas, participação em feiras e eventos e estimular que toda oportunidade de intercâmbio seja aproveitada para conhecer outras realidades e padrões de desempenho.
Outro fator determinante é a qualidade do ambiente empresarial. Quando a equipe se identifica com a organização e se sente reconhecida pelo trabalho realizado, tende a produzir mais e melhor. Investimentos em tecnologia e na atualização de processos também devem permitir um trabalho mais ágil. Além disso, o incentivo à criatividade e inovação deve ser permanente, bem como a adoção de sistemas de meritocracia, uma vez que reconhece as diferenças de produção e estimula a equipe para que faça ainda mais.
Não obstante, a atuação de lideranças estratégicas é fator fundamental para desenvolver equipes e comandar a mudança para uma cultura de mais produtividade. Os líderes têm a capacidade de envolver as pessoas com os principais desafios das organizações, além de estimular o sentimento de realização. Sem liderança, todas as outras iniciativas de ganho de produtividade podem ser comprometidas!
No que diz respeito ao desempenho dos profissionais, é sempre bom lembrar que a responsabilidade pela capacitação não é exclusiva das organizações, cada pessoa deve procurar se capacitar e ser mais produtiva. De forma geral, pode-se observar que um desafio comum para a maioria dos profissionais é a administração do tempo. Cada pessoa tem seu estilo, mas a experiência mostra que cuidar de um padrão mínimo adaptado de organização, priorizar as tarefas mais importantes e desenvolver a capacidade de dizer não a demandas não essenciais ou até descabidas são atitudes fundamentais. Esses cuidados permitem equacionar uma agenda cheia e um bom padrão de produtividade.
Outra prática importante é a realização de reuniões de trabalho. Um discurso ainda presente no meio empresarial é que “falta tempo para fazer reunião”. No entanto, desconfio que muita gente não tem tempo porque não faz reunião produtiva! Uma reunião produtiva precisa ter os horários de início e fim respeitados, uma pauta preestabelecida, coordenação claramente definida e que mantenha o foco das discussões, além dos registros dos encaminhamentos definidos com os respectivos responsáveis. A experiência mostra que uma reunião bem-feita é uma excelente alternativa para a boa administração do tempo e, consequentemente, uma boa ferramenta para a produtividade.
Isto posto, podemos concluir que não existe receita mágica para a produtividade, mas a atuação de uma liderança estratégica e a persistência na busca pela inovação para o desenvolvimento de novos padrões produtivos sem dúvida reforçam a competitividade das organizações. Em tempos de competições mundiais, uma coisa é certa: todos nós precisamos produzir bem, num padrão global, sob pena de não sobreviver em mercados hipercompetitivos.

Stimmung an dieser 150 Meter langen und 50 Meter breiten Wohlfühloase in keiner Weise.
Denn am Platja de Son Moll herrscht stets reges Treiben, das Badegäste jeden Alters in den Bann zieht.
Da die ersten Meter der Badebucht sehr flach abfallen, können Kinder in diesem Badebereich nach Herzenslust planschen. Wer sich mit einem kühlen Drink erfrischen oder
seinen Gaumen mit kleinen Snacks verwöhnen möchte, findet direkt am Strand eine kleine Strandbar.
Da die nahe gelegene Promenade den Platja de Son Moll direkt
mit dem Ortskern verbindet, sind kleine Boutiquen, Straßencafés und Restaurants nicht
weit. Wer auf einen Liegestuhl und einen Sonnenschirm nicht verzichten möchte, sollte zur Sommerzeit früh zum Strand kommen, um sich
eines der heiß begehrten Utensilien zu sichern. Eine Anfahrt zur Cala Son Moll erfolgt über die Straße nach Sa Font de sa Cala auf südlicher Seite des Hafens
von Cala Ratjada. Da der Strand von mehreren kostenfreien Parkplätzen umgeben ist, steht einer Anreise
damit Fahrzeug nichts im Wege. Allerdings sind in der Mehrheit Parkplätze in der Hauptsaison ebenfalls schon in der Vormittagszeit belegt.
Besonders in der letzten Zeit Jahren hat sich die Cala Agulla in der Hochsaison zum Partystrand entwickelt.
Ein weiterer schöner Strand ist die Cala Mesquida.
Dieser Strand mit seinen weitläufigen Dünen ist über die
Strasse Capdeperra-Arta zu erreichen. Hervorragend lässt sich der Strand auch mit einer Wanderung deren Cala Agulla aus zufuß erreichen. Die Wanderung dauert ca.
3 Stunden( übern Talaia de Son Jaumell ) und führt durch ein schönes Naturschutzgebiet.
Bitte ausreichend Wasser mitnehmen! Ein lohnender
Ausflug geht zur Casa March . Der Industrielle Juan March hat sich hier ein herrliches Anwesen, mit traumhaften Blick
über Cala Ratjada und Umgebung geschaffen. In Erscheinung treten über
40 Skulpturen namhafter Künstler zu besichtigen. Auskünfte über geführte Besichtigungen führen im Touristenbüro am Placa des Mariners.
Oder Sie besuchen den Leuchtturm Far de Capdepera,
