Em dezembro, foi inaugurada, na ilha de Fernando de Noronha, a Pousada Alto da Floresta, que faz parte do holding empresarial “Alto da Ilha Pousadas”, cliente TGI. O novo empreendimento é resultado da reestruturação de uma casa turística da localidade, que durou cerca de seis meses.
Na nova estrutura, a Pousada Alto da Floresta conta com apartamentos equipados com cama box, TV LED 43 polegadas, cofre, frigobar e ar-condicionado. A casa fica localizada na Vila Floresta Nova, local onde está a maior concentração de pousadas de Fernando de Noronha e a cerca de cinco minutos de distância da Praça do Flamboyant, um dos pontos centrais da ilha, com lojas, bares e restaurantes.
“Antes, a pousada tinha uma estrutura bem simples. Nós a arrendamos e por seis meses estivemos no processo de negociação e finalização da reforma. Ela tinha estrutura em madeira já bem deteriorada e a refizemos em Steel Frame e Drywall, materiais de construção mais rápidos de utilizar e mais leves. Após a reforma, a pousada se tornou de padrão médio”, explica Cayo Almeida, diretor administrativo da holding que, atualmente, também administra a pousada Alto da Vila, na ilha pernambucana.
Cayo Almeida, que junto com a empresária Ana Rosa Luck administram a Alto da Ilha Pousadas, também são sócios na empresa Luck Noronha, que monta pacotes para Fernando de Noronha. Para eles, o empreendimento tem importância fundamental para a Luck. “Para nós, ela é importante porque a Luck Noronha já monta pacotes para este destino e depende, fundamentalmente, de pousadas. Ter esses apartamentos já dentro do grupo torna a operação mais fluida”, comemora.
A Luck Noronha é uma operadora de viagens para Fernando de Noronha, sediada no Recife. A empresa trabalha com todas as categorias de hospedagem da ilha: turísticas, selecionadas e Vips.

Kann ein Saugroboter klettern? Denn wenn sich eine Türschwelle oder ein etwas höherer Teppich als
Endgegner erweist, dann hat das Gerät seinen Zweck verfehlt.
Bis zu einem gewissen Punkt sollte er das können. Gerade im Altbau sind höhere Türschwellen Weit verbreitet.
Ein Gerät, dass ihr mühsam auf die Multiroom-Reinigung programmiert habt,
sollte diese Schwellen möglichst leicht nehmen. Darum geben wir
diesen Wert, sofern vom Hersteller genannt, ganz gleich mit an. Der Tesvor lag hier mit zwei Zentimetern definitiv vorne und
hat sie auch erfüllt. Messt am besten vorher
aus, welche Schwellenhöhe zwischen euren Räumen oder Böden zu überwinden sind!
Üblicherweise sind „Steighöhen” von so weit wie zwei Zentimetern möglich.
Allerdings sperren viele Nutzer ihren Roboter
auch wissentlich in der Küche oder im Bad ein,
damit der Bursche nur dort seine Bahnen zieht. Ansonsten kann es passieren, dass ihr
einen ungeeigneten Saugroboter kauft. Dieser Wert ist auch für recht
hohe Teppiche interessant, bei denen es fast immer ein Glücksspiel ist, ob sie umfahren, erklettert oder vor sich her geschoben werden. Apropos
vor sich her geschobene Teppiche: Macht euch
bewusst, dass sehr leichte Teppiche schnell zur
Falle für den Roboputzer werden können.
Andererseits will ich keine Putzfrau und finde eine saubere Wohnung trotzdem grandios.
Und die Saugroboter können mir teilweise gründlich mit
die unbeliebtesten Haushaltsaufgaben abnehmen. Zwar fängt man ganz schnell an, an den Putzergebnissen rumzumeckern und sich selbst als besseren Saubermenschen hinzustellen. Das hätte ich so nicht
erwartet. Der Kampf Mensch gegen Maschine ist dann doch ein einziger Frage des Selbstbewusstseins.
Aber nach etwelche Tagen genießt man einfach nurmehr das großartige Gefühl, in eine geputzte Wohnung zu kommen, ohne dafür einen Finger gekrümmt unverheiratet.
Ich bleibe auch bei meiner Ansicht, dass Saugroboter eine Detaillösung fürt Problem
