O produto final resultou de ampla consulta e extenso trabalho técnico envolvendo os consultores e técnicos do governo.
O mês de março de 2014 foi muito especial para o futuro de Pernambuco. Nele vieram à luz duas obras fundamentais para o longo prazo pernambucano: o livro Pernambuco Desafiado e a Visão de Futuro do projeto Pernambuco 2035.
O livro Pernambuco Desafiado é o relatório final da edição 11 da Pesquisa Empresas & Empresárias, produzido pela TGI Consultoria em Gestão e pelo INTG – Instituto da Gestão, com consultoria técnica da Ceplan – Consultoria Econômica e Planejamento e da Multivisão. Trata dos cenários, projeções e desafios para o Pernambuco da próxima geração no horizonte de 2035. É o livro final da trilogia sobre Pernambuco que começou com Pernambuco Afortunado (de 2007, referente ao passado do Estado), passou por Pernambuco Competitivo (de 2010, referente ao presente do Estado) e termina justamente agora com Pernambuco Desafiado (de 2014, referente ao futuro do Estado).
Já a Visão de Futuro 2035, faz parte do projeto Pernambuco 2035 que recebeu inspiração do Pernambuco Desafiado, foi encomendado pelo Governo do Estado, por intermédio do Movimento Brasil Competitivo (MBC), e desenvolvido pelo Consórcio Pernambuco do Amanhã formado pelas empresas de consultoria Macroplan, Ceplan e TGI. Trata-se de um projeto não eleitoral lançado pelo governador Eduardo Campos na forma de uma proposta para ser discutida com a sociedade pernambucana. O produto final resultou de ampla consulta e extenso trabalho técnico envolvendo os consultores e técnicos do governo. Agora, o passo seguinte do projeto é, após discussão com a sociedade, a montagem de uma estratégia para chegar à visão projetada para que o próximo governador, quando assumir em 2015, possa ter à sua disposição não só a visão de futuro 20 anos à frente como também o mapa
do caminho para chegar lá.
Do primeiro fui coordenador editorial da publicação e do segundo sou o responsável pela coordenação da equipe da TGI no Consórcio Pernambuco do Amanhã. Com essas publicações, realizo um sonho, reforçado por uma militância de quase 25 anos, de ver o Estado com um plano de longo prazo que sinalize para onde ir e como chegar lá.
Depois do período de “baixo astral” do final do Século 20 e do surto de investimentos do início do Século 21, a partir de agora, Pernambuco se vê desafiado a transformar aumento do PIB em renda e crescimento em desenvolvimento sustentável, para que os pernambucanos vivam até 2035 num dos cinco melhores estados do Brasil para empreender, divertir-se e criar os filhos. Merecemos!
